Returns and Refunds

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason you must return it to the address below. Shipping will be at your cost. Please let us know in writing:

When you made your original purchase.

The reason for your return.

Whether you want a refund or replacement. If you would like a replacement be sure to state the colour you would like. If you would like a refund, we will credit the card number you used to make your original purchase, excluding the shipping fee. Items can be returned to sender if the address provided is incorrect or if your parcel has been awaiting collection for longer than two weeks. We do not cover re-shipping costs unless the fault is ours.

Goods returned for replacement or refund must be in the same (new) condition as when they were originally shipped from us. If the goods are damaged you will need to contact us by email or phone before returning. Damaged goods returned without prior contact and agreement with us regarding the circumstances of how the damage occurred may not be accepted.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you decide you want to return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving it we will replace it or refund you with no reservations. All we ask is that you contact us first and that when returning product that you pay for the postage.

In the case of a damaged item returning it may not be necessary, just contact us on the form provided on this website.
